An accident at farm work is a sudden event caused by an external factor that occurred while carrying out activities related to running farming operations. The percent of permanent or long-term damage to health is determined by a KRUS certifying physician — without this parameter the calculator cannot set the amount. The rate is 1 431 zł per 1% of damage.

Report the accident at a local KRUS office promptly after it occurs — without undue delay, when your health permits.
Accident proceedings
KRUS conducts evidentiary proceedings and refers you for examination by a certifying physician, who determines the percent of damage to health. The compensation amount depends on it.
